“FLUORIDATION ON TRIAL” is the conversation that Robert F. Kennedy, Jr, had with attorney Michael Connett to discuss artificial fluoridation and the landmark fluoridation lawsuit and trial against the EPA that Mr. Connett had just completed.
This conversation covers how the lawsuit progressed over 4 years and the landmark Federal Zoom trial that was held in June of 2020.
This conversation also explores the history of artificial fluoridation as well showing some of the SWORN depositions of Government officials that were taken in this landmark case.
On September 25, 2024, a federal court in California ruled that water fluoridation poses an “Unreasonable Risk” to children. The ruling requires the EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) to take regulatory action to eliminate that risk.
